Follow this simple procedure to request a withdrawal from your Multi-Market account.
1. Log in to the Account management with your login details.
2. Click on Transfer & Pay and select Transfer funds.
3. In the next window, click on Withdraw funds.
4. Select a withdrawal method.
5. Select the currency for your withdrawal
6. Select the withdrawal method. The morst popular withdrawal method for EUR is SEPA
7. You can save your bank information for future use by clicking Save Bank Information.
8. In the Transaction Information section, type the amount of your withdrawal in the field Withdrawal Amount. This window will show you the maximum amount available for withdrawal.
If you want to make this a recurring withdrawal, check the box next to Make this a recurring transaction ? Select the Frequency for this recurring withdrawal.
9. Once the form is duly completed click on Create Withdrawal to submit your withdrawal. Click on Back to cancel the transaction.
10. You may be prompted to confirm your identity and type a confirmation number sent to you via email or text message.
11. Click on Start another Transfer for another operation, or View Transaction History for an overview of past deposits and withdrawals.
12. Click on Finish to exit this window.
