In order to be able to trade certain financial instruments on your Multi-Market account, it may be necessary to request trading permissions.
Follow this simple procedure to request trading permissions.
1. Log in to the Account management with your login details.
2. Click on the "shoulder-head symbol" and select Settings.
3. Click on the item Account trading permissions.
4. On the next page you will find the various trading authorisations.
5. Click on Add/Edit or Request to request authorisations for the products you wish to trade.
6. In the next window, select the locations for which you wish to receive permissions and click on Continue.
7. Confirm the change request by clicking on Continue in the next window.
Your application will be processed within the next 24 hours.
Various criteria including financial information, investment experience and objectives are collected to create your financial profile. This, in turn, may be a determining factor in granting trading permissions for the account in question.
