Your Multi-Market account is a multi-currency account, allowing you to trade in various countries using different currencies. This page provides instructions on how to convert currencies.
1. Log in to the Account management with your login details.
2. Click on the Portfolio tab.
3. Once on the Portfolio page, scroll down until you reach the Currencies section.
4. Select the currency and click on the on the 3 dots next to the currency you wish to convert.
To close the balance and convert back to the base currency of your account, select Close Balance.
Otherwise, click on Convert. Conversions always use the Market order type.
The order ticket will open on the right of your screen. Enter the amount and the currency you wish to convert to. Then click on Submit.
5.If you simply wish to convert all currencies back to the base currency of your account, simply click on Convert All to EUR.
6. The Close Currency window will appear on the right of your screen. You can still unselect the currencies you do not wish to convert in this window. Once done, click on Continue.
